About Sean

Sean is a lifelong, self confessed nature nerd with a fascination for all kinds of flora and fauna since an early age. He studied a degree in Animal Science in agricultural college before completing his Veterinary Medicine qualifications as a graduate in University College Dublin. 

A clinical vet for six years treating zoo animals, domestic and exotic pets, Sean entered a consultancy role in the veterinary industry in 2016 giving him time again to return to his true passion, wildlife conservation. He set up the successful west London conservation organisation, Ealing Wildlife Group. 

Sean presents on a variety of nature topics and showcases some of the group’s practical conservation projects on their highly subscribed YouTube channel. He also hosts the popular podcast Sean’s Wild Life exploring nature conservation, rewilding, sustainability and our connections to nature. He has long term plans to launch a large scale farm rewilding project with AgRewild.
