Presenting & Speaking

Wildlife Presenter & Conservation Speaker

Dr Sean McCormack is a vet, wildlife presenter and conservation speaker based in London. He presents on TV, radio and podcasts, and gives talks and keynotes to conferences, businesses, festivals, vet professionals and schools on rewilding, beavers, urban wildlife, wildlife gardening and animal health.

Enthusiasm you can't fake

Sean’s presenting style is warm, funny and full of genuine wonder. He holds a vet’s scientific authority, but he would much rather get you excited than lecture you. Whether he is up to his waist in a beaver wetland, handing a harvest mouse to a child or taking live spiders into a reporter’s kitchen, he connects people with animals in a way they remember.

Television & broadcast presenting

Sean’s TV journey began on RTÉ’s Super Garden in Ireland. He has since appeared on BBC Springwatch and Autumnwatch, The One Show, ITV This Morning, Lorraine, BBC CBeebies’ Teeny Tiny Creatures and Channel 5 News. He hosted filming of Ealing Wildlife Group’s projects and was hired as wildlife consultant for Sir David Attenborough’s Wild London (BBC One, 2025), presenting extra bonus content aired on Japanese TV network NHK. He has filmed a pilot for an exotic-pet vet series and has been “vet on set” for TV productions involving dogs.
On radio he is a familiar voice on BBC Radio London, and has appeared on BBC Radio 4’s You and Yours and RTÉ’s Mooney Goes Wild, amongst many others.
For producers: Sean is comfortable live and on location, working with animals and children, and presenting to camera or as an expert contributor.
